 ♥ How to book?

To reserve us for your event, please complete the following form on Book Now. Once the form is sent, your reservation will be made. To guarantee your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.

 ♥ Deposits

  • Secure your date with a 30% deposit. The final payment is made 24 hours before or the same day of the event
  • The deposit will be refunded in full 1 business days after the event only if the equipment is not dirty, stained, wet or damaged.

 ♥ Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to your event for a full refund.

 ♥ Payments

Zelle and PayPal. We are in the process of expanding our payment options We also accept cash. No other forms of payment are accepted 

 ♥ Are you insured? 

Yes, Kids Dreamland LV is a fully lincensed and insured business

SAFETY RULES REQUIREMENTS FOR SETUP:


Important: When Kids Dreamland has fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund will NOT be issued.

The event can be outdoors

If the weather permits, the celebration will be outside for any event. We ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment does not get too hot for your little ones. We prefer the space to be flat, clean and dry.

What if it rains?

To guarantee the safety of the little ones, we will not ride outdoors if there is a forecast of rain. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a backup in case it rains on the day of your event. Deposits are non-refundable for weather related cancellations; however, you may use your deposit as credit for a future date. This credit is valid for one full year from the date of your event and we will work with you to rebook based on availability on our schedule.
